These terms explain use of our website and the Petkus Brothers text messaging program.

Website Information and Project Requests
This website provides general information about Petkus Brothers home improvement services. An estimate request begins a conversation; it does not establish a construction contract, final price or project schedule. Project scope, responsibilities, warranties and payment terms are set out in your separate written project documents.
Service descriptions and design imagery are general examples. The proposal for your home determines the work and specifications included.
Petkus Brothers SMS Program
Our optional text messaging program uses GoHighLevel to support communications with homeowners. You choose separately whether to receive informational messages about estimate requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, and project updates, or promotional messages about home improvement offers and discounts.
Messages may be sent using automated technology to the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies with your interactions and the program you select. Your wireless provider may charge message and data fees for incoming and outgoing texts.
Your consent choices
Each SMS choice on our forms is optional and starts unchecked. You may select either category, both categories or neither. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchasing services or requesting an estimate. Providing a phone number by itself does not subscribe you to SMS.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to a Petkus Brothers text to opt out of the SMS program. A final confirmation of your opt-out may be sent. Do not send an opt-out to an unrelated phone number. Contact our team if messages continue or if you need help changing your preferences.
To join again after opting out, provide a new affirmative opt-in. Submitting another estimate request without selecting SMS consent does not renew permission to text.

Reply HELP to a program message or call (916) 313-2555 for assistance. The support phone number shown on this website is not necessarily the number sending program messages.
Delivery and privacy
Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and service availability. Carriers are not responsible for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive. Review our SMS privacy information for details about mobile information and consent records.
Financing and Third-Party Websites
Links to financing providers and other websites take you to independent services with their own terms and privacy notices. Financing is subject to the provider’s application process, eligibility requirements and written terms. An inquiry submitted to Petkus Brothers is not a loan application or approval.
Updates to These Terms
Updates will be posted here with a revised date. A change to these terms does not, by itself, provide new consent to send you text messages.
